Max Kuchnie is the fastest expanding network of kitchen appliance, cabinetry and furniture salons in Poland. We created an integrated platform for them combining their information service and on-line store.
Everything kitchen from reader recipes to professional advice on choosing kitchen appliances is found on the information service. From the get-go the entire service was designed with their future customers in mind. A boat load of articles helps bring customers closer to the newest trends in the practical, well-organized kitchens of the 21st century. Customers are brought into the world of kitchen inspiration by numerous interviews with the people who live the subject everyday.
Customers can share their views and advise on a blog with other culinary fanatics, or simply add a comment to an article they find interesting.
Another goal of the portal was to create a friendly atmosphere for partners. We made a special space for Max Kuchnie network partner companies where they have the ability to present their offers in a unique subdomain .maxkuchnie.pl (which becomes their business card). Partners gain the possibility of downloading files (updated through the administrators). Additionally, users of the store have the ability to benefit from services made available by other partners (ex. The transport of purchases to customers homes or assembly and installation).
The site is also a place where the largest appliance producers, such as SAMSUNG, AMICA, INDESIT, BEKO, BOSCH, LIEBHERR, FRANKE, can showcase their products. Here we can get to know their best products and interesting advice when choosing kitchen accessories, and beyond that, appliance producers each have a separate service system in the administrator panel allowing them to update their information whenever they want.
The service is working very well and was accepted positively, as witnessed by its quick expansion. Companies gladly create their profile here and users view articles, looking for inspiration on arranging their kitchen or an idea for a new foods.
We next created a dedicated on-line store for Galicja Tomaszek Sp. z o.o., integrated with the companies other systems. Thanks to this integration, administrators can manage all the services from one control panel.
The store contains a very large assortment of products, divided into categories and producers, allowing customers to easily find the product their looking for. Another option to help customers reach a decision about which item to buy is the ability to add it to a side-by-side comparison box showing both its and other similar items' price and parameters. When purchasing a product, customers are given the option to order services proposed by the partner network (ex. assembly and installation).
The system needed us to create a further element: a tool for appliance configuration. It emerged in order for customers to be able to choose the right appliances for their kitchen. It allows customers to adjust particular appliances to the functions they need and learn the exact costs.
