Another accomplishment of Agendo is a dedicated B2B platform completed for Krakowska Spółdzielnia Niewidomych “SANEL” (Eng.: Kraków Cooperative of the Blind “SANEL”). The co-op specializes in the production of a wide array of toothbrushes, brush products as well as cosmetic, household and sanitary goods.


The whole platform was adapted to the needs for three different types of clients. Purchases may be made by both individual and commercial clients, while a third, special – Business Partner – account type is dedicated for companies holding a signed B2B contract with the cooperative.


Given that the whole platform places special attention to B2B, most of the functions created are dedicated to Business Partners. Individual solutions were created for this client type, such as rebate thresholds (discounts on products) defined by the Administrator. Consequently, Partners purchase products at lower prices than do other customers.


The rebate threshold system works also for specific products, while the system puts an overriding rule on individual thresholds for Business Partners. Thus, if a given product has a 10% discount, it is fixed and does not change even if a Partner has a defined rebate threshold of 30%.


The platform has a build-in internet store, however, unlike in other eCommerce platforms, it is possible to create packaging types and define how many products are to fit into a given package. This does not interrupt the purchase of an individual product, but does make it easier for Business Partners to order a larger quantity of products already packaged and designated for a particular purpose.


Moreover, in order to support user comfort, the administrator has the ability to define the payment and delivery methods for particular subcontractors, thanks to which individual Customers may have their own type of payment and delivery. This regards Business Partners in particular. The minimal sum or an order and the payment deadline can also be defined – this functionality may also be used for an individual Customer.


Our programmers paid special attention to adapting the services to all users. A multilanguage system was deployed on the website, enabling easy use of all functions even by foreign Business Partners. The motive we prepared is responsive, meaning it makes ordering products on mobile devices easy.


The whole platform works on our original content management system with the ability to constantly develop new functionalities.


Owing to our long-term experience with SEO / SEM, we conformed the whole service to the requirements of popular search engines. Consequently, specialized extras are available in the administrative panel, allowing the optimalization of every article, even by people unfamiliar with positioning.
